Landlord to more than one million people owned this house

Legendary developer, Harold Farb, owned this house when he passed away in 2006. He owned more than 30,000 apartment units and was landlord to more than one million people. Farb built complexes designed to attract an upscale clientele that wanted easy access to the Galleria and Hobby Airport. Houston developer, Marvin Finger, called Farb, "the king of the apartment business."
