The estate of Dannie D. Sudduth has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2170 Dryden Road in University Place for $1.05 million.

The 5,232-square-foot house was built in 1939 in Southgate subdivision. It is valued at $1,076,841. Patricia Garrison of Martha Turner Properties is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Sudduth was a former member of the United States Army who whose career spanned the banking, real estate and finance industries.

He attended Lamar State College of Technology.

He died on Sept. 23 at the age of 70.
